Problems / Abuse issues / ignoring hard bounces and abuse complaints
ESP Copernica / Copernica BV De Ruijterkade 112, 1011 AB, Amsterdam The Netherlands.
- First URL filter since October 2017 starting with spam from elkedagietsleuks.nl hard bounce filter in order for their system to automatically tag the user as spammer. Nothing is done users keeps spamming even if their mail is getting rejected.
- Since now we know that hard bouncing filters don’t do the job because the COPERNICA ESP system sucks donkey ass. A manual complaint was filed in 2018 for another spammer an URL and an IP filter for click2deal.nl was placed On Aug 28, 2018, at 19:59, Abuse – Privacy4all.org <[email protected]> Because of privacy violations and spamming we ruled for:

145.255.134.0/24 -> Result of manual complaint was: nothing mail was ignored until next year 14th of June 2019. - Jun 13 2019, placed URL filter for seniorenvoordeelpas .nl & hoteldeal.nl
- Jun 14 2019, placed IP range filter 145.255.129.0/24 due to hoteldeal.nl
- Jun 14 2019, Copernica responds to a ticket of last year August 2018, implying the issues with spam have been resolved. However we just added filters for the domains listed above and IP range. We guess they just want us to believe they fixed things in order to enable their users to spam ours again. Since it took nearly a year to react to an abuse ticket we don’t have any reason to believe they are acting in good faith.
