If you are complaining about being listed by Spamcop, Spamhaus or others, please take your issue with their staff and not with us because we will ignore your request.
If you think the content of your mail should not be rejected by us please contact us with as much information as possible (a copy of the rejection message) and why you think we should not reject your mail. If you mention a blacklisted email or domain please put a white space somewhere in the name or it will get filtered resulting us ignoring your request. Empty or unfounded legal threats without resolving the issue first will result in permanent blacklisting.
